Complaint procedure
If you have a complaint about your policy or a claim decision, please contact our customer service team in writing. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the relevant state health plan commissioner or regulatory authority.
Sanctions compliance
Coverage is not available for travel to countries subject to US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions or other applicable trade restrictions.
