Our Story
Globalwide Travel Health Plan was founded in 1998 by a team of international travelers and health plan professionals who saw a gap in the market: travelers needed flexible, trustworthy coverage that could keep pace with the realities of modern international travel.
What began as a small operation serving students studying abroad has grown into a globally recognized provider covering millions of travelers each year — from gap-year adventurers and digital nomads to corporate executives and retirees exploring the world.
